Create List to Compare

Create List:

• Use Text Editor such as Note Pad to create a .lst file.
• Lists Authority-Derivative files and optional Compare Options and Report File.
• Relative path to files coma separated, relative to Validate folder.
• Absolute path to file coma separated.
