Use this feature to create ordinate dimensions that appear along a vertical axis, but with text positions that you choose independently for each dimension.

Using the Function:

1. Select Unaligned Vertical from the Detail>Linear>Ordinate Ribbon area.

2. Indicate axis positions.

3. Indicate the base ordinate position.

4. Indicate a first and second position for the dimension text. The dimension text is automatically aligned with the position you choose.

5. Select ACCEPT when finished.

6. Continue to select locations and text positions for each subordinate.
