Using the Datum Feature

Follow the steps below to use the Datum feature.

Using the Function:

1. Select Datum from the Detail>Tolerance Symbol Ribbon area. The Create a New Datum dialog appears.

2. Configure the available dialog settings. Click OK when finished.

3. Indicate a position using the Position Menu button options

4. Indicate a body position using the Position Menu button options.
