Keywords - Allows you to enter keywords, if desired to clarify aspects of the part

Last Saved By - Allows you to enter the name of the user who last saved the file

Revision - This field can be used to keep track of the various revisions to the project

Material - This is a drop down list that stores the ten most recently used items. You can select from one of those or enter a new type of material.

Vendor - This is a drop down list that stores the ten most recently used items. You can select from one of those or enter a new vendor.

Created At - The system automatically fills in this field with the date and time of day when the file is created.

Last Saved At - The system automatically fills in this field with the date and time of day when the file was last saved.

Version of Last - The system automatically fills in this field with the product version in which the file was last saved.
