Use Zoom Out to zoom a part by multiplying the scale by (1 / 1.10 =90.909090%). This guarantees that hitting Zoom In and then Zoom Out will return you to the same scale. To use the Zoom Out feature, select Out from the View>Orientation>Zoom Ribbon area. This applies in the active viewport only.
