Importing a CATIA v5 File

1.  Select Catia v5 from the File>Import submenu. The Select a Catia v5 File to Import file dialog appears. Through this dialog you are able to import a Catia v5 assembly or part file. You may select the options button on the file dialog to control the result of the translation.

2. To import a file, browse  for the specific file you intend to import, click on it (so that is appears under File Name) and select OPEN.
