The options contained within this tab allow you to dimension the diameter of an circle entity. To access this submenu, select Diametrical Dimension from the Detail menu.

NOTE: Radial/Circular dimensions are created on the active CPlane/depth when in Z Lock. In Z Free the dimensions are placed in the current Cplane and at the depth of the object being dimensioned. This will effect placement for 2D objects as well as solid faces and edges:
