Automatic Dimensioning

 This function allows you to create and apply dimensions automatically to a part in either Model Mode or Layout Mode. The dimensions created are driven by the settings contained in the Auto Dimension Configuration dialog box. Using the available settings, the function can be configured to create dimensions specific to the situation. Automatic dimensioning is limited to circles arcs and lines, for feature dimensioning (such as hole features) use the Detail>Notes>Auto Label function.
