Vector/Body Intersection

Location: Create>Advanced Points>Vector/Body Intersection

Use the Vector/Body Intersection function to 'pierce' the faces of a body with one or more vector entities and obtain points of intersection on the body.

 

Using the Function:

  1. Select Vector/Body Intersection from the Create>Advanced Points submenu.

  2. Select the body(s) to be pierced.

  3. Select the vector(s) to pierce the previously selected body.

  4. Points are created at the points of intersection between the selected body(s) and vector(s).
