The options contained within the Modify>Fillet submenu can be used to add fillet curves either with trimming to a tangency, or without trimming.

Fillet Arc

Use the Fillet and Trim function to create a trimmed fillet arc.

Fillet and No Trim

Use the Fillet and No Trim function to create a fillet arc without trimming.
