Instance Display

The functions available from the Instance Display submenu allow you to scale, view, pan, and freeze/unfreeze


Instance View Scale

The Instance View Scale function allows you to change the scale of geometry displayed in individual instances by asking for a new scale value.


Model View

The View function is used to change the display view of a drawing instance that you select.


Rotate

The Rotate function is used to change the rotation angle of a drawing instance.


Crop

The Resize function is used to increase or decrease the current size of an existing drawing instance within a layout.


Scale

The Instance Scale function allows you to change the scale of entire instances (including the geometry) in a layout by entering a new scale value.


Pan

The Pan function is used to pan a drawing instance that you select.


Freeze/Unfreeze

The Freeze/Unfreeze function allows you to freeze/unfreeze the current center position and scale of a drawing instance so that neither one can be modified.


Render

Use this function to select the rendering mode that will be used to display the part in the instance that you are creating.


Hide

This function allows you to hide instance-specific entities within a drawing instance.


Unhide

The Unblank function is used, simply, to un-blank instance-specific entities that had been blanked.
